Harassing caller saying I owe money- which I don't.

She was nice and I like her... Yeah it was worth paying for...

I have Geico ins & filed claim day b4. Woman called said she was from Geico claims dept to confirm details of my claim. Told her I did the night b4. Asked if my daughter was the only pax & to confirm she wasn't hurt then asked for her birthdate which I fell for. Now I'm worried. I called back & recording said I had reached Geico. Will investigate some more.

The person call and is just breathing heavily on the telephone.

?? Just calls and hangs up-- I no longer pick up the phone for this number. Any ideas who this may be? They never leave a message on my machine.

Repetitive phone call to my cell phone..I want it to stop...I am registered to the DO Not Call registery but I still get calls!

Called to tell me that a court case involving a 10 year old credit card debt was going to be filed against me. I contacted them and they wanted to set up a payment plan with me. I refused to give them any info reguarding my checking account # or debit card #. They then told me they would put ay supposed acct # on hold for 24 hours just in case I was able to come up with any money concerning this issue. I have no intention of contacting these people ever again as I feel this is just a scam to get money from me.

Its a recorded message and they call my cell phone and I want them to stop. They say something about federal laws and alot of other garbage.

These people are crackpots. They've called me with the same crap as well. I did default on a payday loan, but it is not a criminal act, and they have no right to harass you at work or home.
